Slide from a new deck to fifteen years old. Wood greys and needs a coat every couple of years, composite stays put. The totals show what each one really costs.

★★★★★
We drew the deck on our phones on a Sunday night. The quote that came back was inside the range the planner showed, and the crew finished a day early.

They talked us out of glass railing on the low side and saved us real money. The cedar looks even better a year on.

Clean every evening, no surprises on the bill, and the pergola is the best thing we've added to the house.

Questions
Good to know before you call.
Still unsure? Call (555) 014-2290, Monday to Saturday.
How accurate is the planner price?
It uses our current rates per square foot, per foot of railing and per add-on, so most final quotes land inside the range. Ground conditions and access are what move it, and we check those on the site visit.
Do I need a permit?
Almost always for decks that are attached, raised or over 200 sq ft. We draw the plans and file the permit as part of every build.
How long does a build take?
Most decks take one to two weeks on site. Permits usually take two to four weeks before that, while your materials are ordered.
Can you build over my old deck?
We often reuse a sound frame and replace the boards and railing. We inspect it first and tell you honestly if it needs to come out.
What warranty do you give?
Ten years on our workmanship, on top of the board maker's own warranty, which is 25 years or more for most composites.
